Once you’re accepted, you’ll have complete access to the L&S Studio platform. This is where you’ll inquire about open briefs from real L&S clients, and upload all the killer work you make along the way.

Who can join Studio?
Anyone in the US over the age of 18 may apply to join L&S Studio. Because many of our clients are based in the Midwest, creators based in this area are highly encouraged to apply.
What is the application process to participate in this program?
After vetting your application, L&S will send you an email letting you know if you’re a good fit for Studio. If your application is approved, you will be able to schedule a 15-minute onboarding call within the approval email to review the creator agreement and discuss next steps.
Is my follower count a factor to become a creator?
Studio members are expected to produce content - not act as influencers or ambassadors. All content created will be posted on our clients' channels, not your own. Because of that, no minimum number of followers is required - just a knack for creating cool content.
How long will it take for me to know if I’ve been accepted?
After you submit your application, the L&S team will begin a review process. You will be notified of next steps within 2-3 weeks of applying.
What is the compensation per assignment?
Compensation is determined by time investment and deliverables required per assignment. You will always find details on compensation within the brief. That way you can decide if you'd like to apply based on the provided perks/payment.
How will I be paid for my content?
Creators that are selected for briefs are compensated after L&S approves their work. L&S has the right to request revisions to the work you submit if it does not align with expectations per the brief. Our goal is always to select the right creators for the brief in order to avoid unused content, but if we are unable to collaborate to refine deliverables according to expectations, unused content may not be compensated.
Is there a deadline to apply to join Studio?
We are always looking for new creators to join Studio! Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, with a 2-3 week window for notification of selection after you apply.
